Even when prompted with clear instructions, AI language models like ChatGPT can generate wildly inaccurate descriptions. In the case of the shape guide, ChatGPT4 described a vibrant educational guide featuring shapes with cheerful facial expressions, completely overlooking the fact that the shapes were mislabeled and incorrect.
